A graduate of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, Mr. Cordell has served in this capacity since 1979. He is currently transitioning any remaining activities to the President.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BS in Business Management, Mr. Cordell has been with the company since 1995. He oversees all functions of Central Oil & Supply.
Ken Phillips
Chief Operations Officer
The Chief Operations Officer oversees the daily business of operations and sales for Central Oil & Supply. Ken is a key participant in strategy planning for sales growth and operational efficiencies. Ken has 30+ years of experience in operational leadership and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM).
Erin Barclay
Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer oversees the daily business operations for Central Oil, as well as its sister companies. Erin directs the business plan of Central Oil by monitoring the finance, sales, operations, marketing, IT and HR departments within the organization.

Vice President of Sales Enablement & Marketing
The Vice President of Sales Enablement and Marketing is all about bridging the gap between our sales team and the resources they need to succeed—think tools, training, and spot-on messaging. They focus on syncing up marketing efforts with sales goals to make sure our teams are ready to connect with customers in a way that’s consistent and effective. By tapping into data, technology, and smart programs, they turn ideas into action, helping our people shine and making our brand stronger with every interaction.
James Stevenson
Vice President & General Manager of North Territory
The Vice President and General Manager of our Northern territory which covers Central / Northern Louisiana, Southern Arkansas, and Central / Northern Mississippi. James is responsible for both sales and delivery across the region. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Business and has 20+ years’ experience meetings customers’ needs and managing operational excellence.
Jesse Fillingame
Vice President & General Manager South Territory
The Vice President and General Manager of our Southern territory which covers South Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Jesse is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in business, specializing in management and human resources. With nearly 20 years of experience across industrial operations, transportation logistics, and product handling, Jesse has built a strong track record of leadership and efficiency in complex operational environments.
