Ken Phillips
Chief Operations Officer
Ken serves as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the daily operations and sales activities for Central Oil & Supply. He plays a key role in strategic planning, driving both sales growth and operational efficiency. With over 30 years of leadership experience and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM), Ken brings a proven track record of operational excellence and business development.
Erin Barclay
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Erin oversees the daily operations of Central Oil and its sister companies. She leads the development and execution of the business plan while coordinating key functions across finance, sales, operations, marketing, IT, and HR to drive strategic growth and organizational alignment.
